About Rentifa

Rentifa connects car rental companies in different cities, allowing users to rent vehicles directly from these companies. Through each car’s booking page, users can easily submit a reservation request and, after confirmation, proceed with the prepayment to finalize the booking. Upon vehicle delivery, a rental agreement will be signed between the renter and the rental company.

Terms & Conditions

Insurance

Insurance conditions vary by city. Generally, if any damage occurs to the vehicle during the rental period and is not fully covered by the insurance, the renter is responsible for covering the remaining cost. Additionally, obtaining a police accident report is mandatory to claim insurance benefits.

Liability

Rentifa is a vehicle-sharing platform that connects renters and rental providers directly. Rentifa’s responsibility is limited to processing reservations based on customer-submitted information. A reservation is considered final only after the prepayment is made.

Cancellation Policy

The prepayment made through the system confirms the booking. In case of cancellation—whether due to personal reasons or flight cancellations—the prepayment is strictly non-refundable.

Replacement Vehicle

If the reserved vehicle is unavailable for any reason, Rentifa will attempt to provide a similar vehicle within the same category and price range. If no suitable alternative is available, the prepayment will be fully refunded.

Fuel Policy

Fuel costs are the renter's responsibility. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup; otherwise, fuel charges will apply.

Parking Fees

Parking fees are the renter’s responsibility. Even in cases where vehicle delivery is free, any parking fees incurred must be paid by the renter.

Rental Extension

To extend the rental period, users can request an extension via the "Extend" button on the "My Reservations" page. If approved and the corresponding payment is made, the extension will be processed.

Invoice & Voucher

After booking, a rental voucher will be sent to the customer. A formal invoice will also be issued for the prepayment amount. The remaining rental fee must be paid directly to the rental company’s designated account. Upon vehicle delivery, a rental agreement will be signed, and a copy will be provided to the customer.

Outstanding Payments

If a renter incurs fines, toll fees, or other outstanding charges and fails to settle them by the due date, the vehicle provider in the respective country may take legal action. All legal costs and financial penalties will be added to the outstanding balance. Additionally, the renter may face entry restrictions to the respective country, and their driver’s license may be blacklisted in other countries.

Driver’s License Validity

For international driver’s licenses, the renter must have entered the host country within the past six months. If the renter has been in the foreign country for more than six months, eligibility for car rental will be determined based on a document review.
